Interfaces and transitions
The greatest risks often arise at transitions: when access routes are changed, when lifting operations affect other work, when temporary supplies are reconfigured or when construction and commissioning take place at the same time. ADLER makes such interfaces visible in risk registers, meetings, RAMS reviews, permits and inspections.
Phase-based organisation
A phase-based organisation prevents rules from the shell construction being carried over unchanged to technical fit-out or commissioning. Onboarding, emergency organisation and communication formats are adapted as well. The safe execution of the respective work remains the task of the executing employers.
